Analysis and evaluation of the recent BRCGS quality audit
Following the recent audit by the certification body CSQA, a meeting was held with all department managers and department heads.
The meeting, held with dr. Mario Cortiana, had the aim of deepening what emerged during the audit, in order to constantly improve, aimed at maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality required by the market.
